9K PRO TV · last updated 27 July 2026
9K PRO TV is a media player. It plays the channels and titles supplied by the service you subscribed to. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and what it never does.
The app does not sell your data, show advertising, or use third-party tracking or analytics for advertising purposes.
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| A device identifier generated by the app (shown to you as a MAC-style address and a 6-digit code) | Identifies your device so your provider can attach your subscription to it and you can sign in again after reinstalling. |
| Device model, operating system and app version | Support and troubleshooting; showing your provider which devices are on your account. |
| Your service username and password | Stored encrypted so the app can connect to your provider's servers on your behalf. Never shared with anyone else. |
| IP address | Security, abuse prevention, and letting your provider support your account and enforce the device and simultaneous-stream limits of your plan. |
| Playback activity — what is playing, on which device, and when | Powers the "currently watching" and device-limit features your provider uses to run your subscription. |
| Crash and error reports | Diagnosing faults. These contain technical information about the failure, not the content you watch. |
Your service provider can see the devices on your account, their last known IP address, and current or recent playback — this is what lets them support you and apply your plan's limits. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Account and device records are kept while your account exists. Playback records are kept only as long as they are useful for support and limit enforcement. Removing your device from your provider's panel deletes its subscription link; ask your provider to delete your account and we will remove the associated records.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
The app does not host, provide or curate any channels or titles. All content comes from the service you supplied credentials for, and your provider is responsible for it.
For privacy questions or a deletion request, contact your service provider — the support details are shown in the app under Settings.
